This 5-day retreat invites gay and bisexual men to pause, breathe, and reclaim your aliveness through elemental tantric practices in a stunning natural setting. Note: This is not a nude retreat, clothing such as shorts or swimsuits is required at all times except during massage sessions.

What You Will Experience

Somatic Breathwork to release and awaken energy, using conscious, rhythmic breathing to access stored tension, emotions, and trauma for profound liberation.
Tantric meditations combining breath, awareness, and gentle movement to cultivate presence, deepen body sensitivity, and foster authentic connections.
Solo and partner practices building intimacy, trust, and brotherhood in a safe, consensual space.
Tantra Massage, a sensual, non-sexual bodywork awakening life force through slow, intuitive touch to enhance energy flow, relaxation, and presence.
Lingam Massage, honoring the penis (lingam) as a sacred energy center with reverent strokes to release blockages, expand vitality, and cultivate ecstatic states.
Ritual Kali Puja and guided movement to open the heart and reconnect with natural power and sensuality.
Time in nature: Hike through Senhora do Salto and visit Luzim Beach.

Seva (Sacred Service)

Participate in one hour of daily Seva, simple acts of care like helping with meals or cleaning.

This grounds the practices, integrates experiences, and embodies presence through community service

Understanding Tantra and Massage

Tantra is an ancient path awakening consciousness through the body, viewing sensuality and sexual energy as sacred life force for healing and growth. Tantra Massage is a ritual of conscious touch dissolving blockages, cultivating sensitivity, and integrating body, heart, and spirit, free from performance pressure.

Lingam Massage treats the lingam as a "pillar of light," using devotional touch to release tension, expand pleasure, heal sexuality, and access expanded awareness without goal-oriented outcomes.

Atmosphere, Clothing, and Boundaries

Exclusively for gay and bisexual men, grounded in consent, respect, and clear boundaries. Nudity only during massages; wear shorts or swimsuits for all other activities. A safe, playful space to choose participation levels and feel fully seen.

Location and Getting There

Quinta de Melquiades, a nature-surrounded haven for up to 14 participants in shared bunk beds, fostering intimacy and authenticity.

Nearest airport: Francisco Sá Carneiro (Porto), ~45 minutes by car/Uber/taxi.Public transport: Airport → Campanhã station → Porto/Marco de Canaveses train to Cête → short taxi/Uber (~1h15 total).
